Beep-Barp, Welcome to the ink-Robot website! ink-Robot hope's that you will have a stupendous shopping experience whilst visiting, please see below terms & conditions that will set out what you need to agree to before placing an order / purchasing a product from the ink-Robot website. In the event that you don't agree with these terms & conditions ink-Robot kindly asks you not to purchase any products from the ink-Robot website.

ink-Robot consists of Abigale Moore and Georgina Sylvester trading under the name ink-Robot.

How ink-Robot may contact you if required
If ink-Robot need to contact you ink-Robot will do so by way of telephone or by writing to you via email or postal using the address' provided when ordering a product from the ink-Robot website.
Ordering with ink-Robot
A contract will not be actioned between you and ink-Robot until ink-Robot accepts your order and you have followed the steps below:
1. Once you have selected your product(s) you want to purchase, add them to your shopping basket and then continue to the shopping basket
2. When viewing your basket you will have the option of choosing your preferred method of delivery, select your favoured choice and proceed to checkout.
3. If you are a new customer to ink-Robot you can either checkout as a guest or create your very own ink-Robot account and log-in; If you are already and existing ink-Robot account member then you must enter your log-in details. All of these option will require for you to input your real name, email address and shipping address
4. When you have logged in or continued to checkout as a guest you then must confirm your order and your authorisation to these terms of sale
5. Once you have agreed you will be transferred to the Pay Pal website or your card provider site. Pay Pal or you card provider site will then deal with your payment.
6. An acknowledgment / confirmation email will be sent to you detailing any further information we need to give you
7. ink-Robot will thoroughly check the order to make sure that ink-Robot can fulfil your order. Once this has been confirmed we will send an acceptance email typically in the form of a shipping confirmation email, after receiving this email your order will become a binding contract between you and ink-Robot.
7.(1) If ink-Robot is unable to fulfil your order after you have received a confirmation email you will be further notified and have this confirmed via email. This could happen if;
. A Product is not longer in stock
. Your personalised product does not fall in regulation with ink-Robot's content rules
. ink-Robot cannot obtain authorisation of payment
. ink-Robot detects that the order may be fraudulent
. ink-Robot cannot meet a specified delivery date you have specified
. Your order breaches any further requirements of these terms & conditions
8. You will also receive an order number on your confirmation email, this will become useful if you do require to contact ink-Robot about your order.
Please make sure that upon placing your order with ink-Robot you make sure you check that all details are correct and all quantities are accurate. You can amend details at the checkout stage and also amend the quantities in your basket.

Personalised products & Content rules
If an ink-Robot product contains a personalised message this is a personalised product, if the product does not have any content selected or inputted by you then it is a non personalised product. It is up to you to ensure that the personalisation you have input is spelt correctly.
ink-Robot does not allow for personalisation or content that may include:
1. Is false, inaccurate, offensive, misleading, abusive, defamatory or threatening, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person
2. Misrepresents identity or impersonates any person
3. Contains pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive language, including discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that might incite hatred or violence against any person or group
4. Includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person
5. May harass, upset, embarrass, threaten, antagonise or alarm any person
6. Gives the impression that it has originated or been approved by ink-Robot
7. Advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act
8. Includes or makes reference to illegal drugs

Products can or may vary slightly from their online image
The images of the products on the ink-Robot website are for illustrative purposes only. ink-Robot have made every effort to display the colours exactly, ink-Robot cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may / can vary slightly from those images.
Price's & Payments for products
ink-Robot takes great care in making sure that the price the product is shown at is correct. However, mistakes can happen and some prices may be wrong.
In addition to the price of the product you will need to further pay a delivery charge which is shown at the bottom of each product page and the option is also given to choose from when in the basket section before proceeding to the checkout.
Payment must be made and ink-Robot to obtain this before products are released, if the payment is not received in clear full funds within adequate time the contract between you and ink-Robot may be cancelled.
Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card.
Prices on the ink-Robot website are able to change at any time, However changes will not be actioned if a contract has already come into force.
In the event that you dispute any payment made to ink-Robot you must contact ink-Robot at info.ink.robot@gmail.com immediately and provide the full details of you claim. If an unjust claim is submitted for a credit or debit card charge back claim you will then be liable to pay ink-Robot an equal amount of the charge back claim within 7 days of the claim being made.
You permit to ink-Robot that you are
1. 18 years of age or over
2. A resident of England, Wales Or Scotland
3. Able to accept delivery of the products that you have ordered / purchased
4. All the information that you have provided is correct
5. You are legally able to enter a binding contract and that you have sole capability, authority and ability of agreeing to these terms of sale
Your right to end a contract with ink-Robot
Your rights to end a contract with ink-Robot depend on what product you have purchased from ink-Robot and if there are any defaults with the product.
If you receive a product from ink-Robot that is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to cancel the contract.
For the majority of ink-Robot's online products you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period in which you can change your mind and return the product which must be unused, in its original unopened packaging (shrink wrap) condition that you received it in at your own cost within 14 days of receipt of the product and receive a full refund. However, this does not apply to personalised products.
Refunds & Returns
If in the event that you are unhappy with an ink-Robot product please do contact info.ink.robot@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number issued on your confirmation email and ink-Robot will aim to acknowledge any complaint within 7 working days.
If you cancel a contract before the ink-Robot product has shipped we will cancel the order and refund you in full within 21 days of receiving your justified cancelation request.
ink-Robot will refund you using the same payment method that you purchased the product with.
On receipt of a product if you deem the product to be faulty please contact info.ink.robot@gmail.com at your earliest convenience. ink-Robot will ask for images of the faulty product to be provided and for the product to be returned within 3 days of receiving the product. You will have to pay for the return of the product.
If you are eligible for a refund this will be processed accordingly and returned to you within 21 days. ink-Robot will refund you using the same payment method that you purchased the product with.
In some cases ink-Robot may offer for a re-print of the product and send free of charge. ink-Robot will not offer the option of both a refund and a reprint / resend.
Please understand that refunds cannot be given in the event the fault is due to your own misuse of the product or of the personalisation is mis-spelt.

Delivery
ink-Robot will organise for the delivery of all products to be sent to the address you provided on your order. ink-Robot will aim to have orders delivered within 14 days of confirmation to UK customers.
ink-Robot cannot guarantee a delivery for a specific date, ink-Robot will endeavour to have products shipped within 14 days or receiving payment.
All products are delivered by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Second Class dependant on your selection.
If you have placed an order before 12pm and selected Royal Mail First Class delivery on a weekday your order will tend to be shipped on the same day. Royal Mail reports that 93% of Royal Mail First class post will arrive the next working day. If in the event it is not delivered the next working day it is highly likely it will be delivered the next working day after. Royal Mail does not offer a guaranteed next day or one day delivery service so ink-Robot cannot guarantee the exact day your product will be delivered.
If you have placed and order before 12pm and selected Royal Mail Second Class delivery on a weekday your order will tend to be shipped on the same day. Royal Mail Second Class post on average takes 2-3 working days to be delivered, in certain circumstances this may take longer as it is not a Royal Mail guaranteed service to be delivered within that time frame.
If your ink-Robot order become lost within the postal network, ink-Robot kindly asks you to wait 21 days before ink-Robot can consider a replacement to be issued or refund.
ink-Robot nor Royal Mail shall be liable for any delay or failure to deliver any products due to reasons outside of ink-Robot or Royal Mail's control. These include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions such as snow, extreme wind, torrential rain and flooding, pandemics, epidemics, terrorism, riot, strikes, road closures, acts of god, war, fire, industrial action, sonic boom, nuclear war.

Commissions
​
ink-Robot offer commissioned work in the style of the art displayed on the ink-Robot website. Commissions acceptable are:

Portraits, Commissioned Cards, Event Invitations, Wedding Place Settings, Logo's and any other personalised art.

All works will be discussed with the client before proceeding and a full quote for the cost of the work given to make sure ink-Robot can offer you exactly what your are wanting. A 40% down payment will be required after discussions have taken place, if the client wishes to move forward with the commission the remainder 60% of payment will be taken on completion of the commission.

ink-Robot will apply additional fees to any commission in which more than 5 minor changes are made to the art work, Or if the commission takes a different conceptual approach or requires to be altered excessively.

Yourself and ink-Robot will agree that the following rights shall be transferred from ink-Robot to you upon receipt of full payment for the commission.

ink-Robot agrees to the perpetual non-exclusive license of all rights (including, but not limited to, the right to display, modify, transmit, transfer, sell, and create derivative works) to Work to you, excluding only the right to authorship credit, which is retained by ink-Robot.
​
In the event you decide to terminate the commission half way through ink-Robot working on the art piece a compensation of 50% of the agreed price will be owed to ink-Robot. ink-Robot will retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps.

In the event you terminate the commission at Full Completion ink-Robot will be owed the full 100% agreed price to be paid and will also retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps.

Statutory rights
ink-Robot confirms that nothing in these terms of sales affects your statutory rights.
Limitations of liability
Nothing in these ink-Robot terms of sale will exclude or limit ink-Robot's liability for death or personal injury consequential of ink-Robot's negligence, Neither will it exclude or limit the liability of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liabilities which cannot be excluded by English Law under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Your statutory rights that you as a consumer have cannot be legally limited or excluded, ink-Robot's sales term will not affect this.
ink-Robot will not be liable for any loss or damage by you when loss or damage is caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or the cover-up of information by you.
ink-Robot will not be liable for any business losses, goodwill, profit, sales, revenue, savings, business opportunities and or damage to any of the included.
ink-Robot will not be liable for any virus' or technological issues or cyber attacks that could impact your computer equipment, computer software or other devices when using the ink-Robot website. This also includes clicking any other website linked to it.
ink-Robot will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by clicking on other website links on the ink-Robot website and assume no responsibility for the content of those websites.
General terms
ink-Robot will use your personal information that we collect when you place an order in accordance with our privacy policy terms.
ink-Robot reserves the right to change the terms of sale at any point, if altered this will not affect a binding contract already in place between you and ink-Robot.
